To preserve market integrity and collector value, listing price must be equal to or greater than the original launch price. This policy helps maintain brand positioning and fair resale. Contact the atelier for exceptions before listing.

Each watch is paired to an NFC Digital Certificate. When a sale completes, ownership transfer is recorded to the certificate (with seller consent). This maintains a tamper-evident provenance trail and simplifies future verification for buyers and service centres.

Yes — all new AKITO timepieces come with a one-year limited warranty. Warranty and service details are recorded in your digital certificate. Service by unauthorized parties may void warranty — always consult our atelier or approved service partners.

Buyers are responsible for applicable taxes and import duties based on their jurisdiction. Sellers may be subject to listing or transaction fees — these will be clearly presented before you confirm a listing. AKITO does not obscure costs.

Once verified and approved, listings become active within the Exchange window defined at launch. If a timed launch or queue exists, your listing date will be communicated via email and visible in your Exchange dashboard.
