Every AKITO timepiece is a statement of artistry and engineering. Each watch is individually crafted, tested, and authenticated with a physical engraving and digital NFC certificate. Purchase signifies your appreciation of limited-edition horology and the commitment to timeless design.

AKITO upholds a single, all-inclusive pricing model. Prices listed in INR include all taxes and insured delivery across India. We do not participate in discounts or seasonal sales — because true craftsmanship doesn’t depreciate with time.

Payments are processed via secure, PCI-compliant gateways. No card data is stored by AKITO. Once your order is confirmed, our atelier begins preparation and quality verification before dispatch. Orders cannot be modified after processing begins.

Dispatch typically occurs within 5–7 business days. Delivery is fully insured and tracked. While rare, minor delays due to logistics or regional restrictions will be communicated transparently by our team.

Cancellations are accepted before shipment. After delivery, returns are eligible only for verified manufacturing defects or mis-shipments. Every return undergoes inspection by our atelier before replacement or refund authorization.

Each AKITO watch is covered by a one-year international warranty for manufacturing or movement defects. This excludes normal wear, external damage, and unauthorized servicing. All warranty claims are verified through NFC authentication before processing.

The AKITO Exchange platform allows registered owners to resell or trade their timepieces. Each listing is re-verified via NFC and Unique ID to maintain provenance. AKITO reserves the right to approve or decline listings that do not meet authenticity or condition standards.

Each AKITO creation carries an embedded NFC tag linked to our Unique ID-based registry. This ensures traceability of ownership and authenticity. Verification through NFC is required for resale, service, and warranty validation.

We value discretion. Customer data is collected only for order fulfillment, authentication, and service. AKITO does not share or sell your data. Payment details are handled exclusively through secure payment processors under compliance standards.

AKITO’s responsibility is limited to repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with warranty terms. We are not liable for consequential damages, misuse, or loss beyond the value of the product.
